First and foremost, my passion for others begins with my love for God. After experiencing numerous coaching styles as a former athlete and professional runner, God has been the one coach to always give me the encouragement I need to keep running the race of life.

The bible says, since we are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us (Hebrews 12:1).

As a certified life coach, I am committed to helping those who cross my path acknowledge and lay aside their weights, be they from the past or present, and help guide all through the endurance building process so that they can run that which is set before them.
